Founded by Steve Rogerson, 3rd Alternative Coaching, Counselling & Mentoring reflects the learning, experience and wisdom of an everyday person with the courage to make choices and accept the consequences of those choices.

We help people to leverage their talents and identify the benefits of 'being yourself' in a world that often encourages homogeneity (everyone being or trying to be the same and seeking to 'fit in').
